DMAIC (Six Sigma) Problem Solving and Project Prioritization with NeuraTool

Description:

Web based supply chain risk assessment which enables organizations to proactively optimize critical supply chain attributes, resulting in reduced risk, better quality and improved cost performance. Addresses risks usually not measured by existing supply chain enterprise systems.

What It Does:

This methodology, in practice, utilizes a web based SaaS platform called NeuraTool™, to assess, benchmark and analyze supplier characteristics and requirements. The tool then helps analyze risks in the supply chain and in real time, manages suppliers to avoid anticipated risks.

Features:

Developed with Supply Chain Experts, DRK Research, provides organizations with an accurate, efficient and rapid method to analyze root causes of risk in supply chain processes and vendors and guide corrective measures to mitigate risk. The tool is low cost, secure, easy to use, and gathers input through a creative query front end. Built-in, user-friendly analysis screens provide sorted and prioritized information leading to the proactive resolution of root causes of problem areas. It is delivered via a web interface, meaning there is no IT overhead required to implement or maintain the tool. It compliments and works with other Enterprise Supply Chain Systems to provide critical information often unaccounted for by those systems.
