Project Selection and Execution:

With our Project Selection and Execution service we will conduct a thorough analysis of a specific problem you may be having and will apply our experience to determine the issues that are preventing the process from performing at an optimal level. This may be financial (cost reduction or profit increase) or whatever is critical to the customer of that process (cycle time, safety, delivery, etc.). Once the project is identified and the targets are established we will use our experience in Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve the quality of the process outputs by identifying and removing the causes of defects and minimizing variability in manufacturing and business processes. Each project is carried out following a defined sequence of steps and with measurable quantifiable targets and is only considered a success once long term improvement has been verified and agreed upon by your financial representative.

Historical Data Analysis:

Often times organizations want to get a better understanding of just what this Lean Six Sigma stuff is all about. With our Historical Data Analysis program we will come on-site and collect data that can be analyzed to find clues of where opportunities may lay. Other companies just starting up or small in size may have chronic problems requiring a level of expertise in problem solving skills beyond their current means and abilities. An analysis of historical data provides the client with an opportunity to see the tools in action before committing themselves to a full Lean Six Sigma program.

Scorecards / Dashboard:

Scorecards / Dashboards are used for collecting and reporting information graphically about vital customer requirements and/or your business' performance for key customers. We can develop these tools to provide a quick summary of process and/or product performance and provide a quick snapshot as to the health of the process and customer demands.
