Continuous Improvement Development:

Continuous Improvement Manager:

A well qualified Continuous Improvement Manager (CIM) is imperative to the successful deployment of your Continuous Improvement initiative. We can help train and develop your CIM to ensure that the deployment is a success. 

The CIM will be trained to (but not limited to):

1. •Develop standards of performance based on process innovation
   

2. •Document procedures to implement process changes
   

3. •Provide guidance and technical knowledge on process and continuous improvement projects
   

4. •Lead continuous improvement activities including Kaizen events
   

5. •Track CI status, cost savings, training, certifications, and events by project or account.
   

6. •Establish agenda and frequency of the regular “Steering Committee” meetings.
   

Steering Committee:

The Steering Committee is the governance body established to ensure the success, direction, and effectiveness of the Continuous Improvement initiative. We can help establish the Steering Committee whose function is to ensure that:

1. •Organizational goals are aligned with Six Sigma projects
   

2. •Resources are planned for and roadblocks removed
