Lean Six Sigma Breakthrough On-Site Training Services

Black Belt Training:

There are three Black Belt programs that are offered. The type of business that you have will determine which program is best suited for you; manufacturing, service, transactional.

Each Black Belt certification program takes the candidate step by step through a time proven set of tools used to improve process and achieve breakthrough results. The training consists of teaching the Black Belt the use of data driven analytical tools that have shown to be effective in driving out waste, off quality, and high costs.

A viable Black Belt candidate must possess certain characteristics in order to be an effective change agent and spokesperson for the quality improvement initiative.

Black Belt candidates must:

1. •Be able to devote 100% of time as a Black Belt
   

2. •Be results driven
   

3. •Be passionate about making improvements to the business
   

4. •Have strong project management skills
   

5. •Be able to work with others and understand team dynamics
   

6. •Be organized
   

7. •Be a Strong communicator
   

Course Duration:

The course consists of 5 training phases and takes 5 months to complete. The first phase is 3 days and the remaining phases are 1 week in duration.

Typically the return on investment is achieved after the completion of one project.
